From Struggles to Smiles: An Ayurvedic Success in Infertility
On this auspicious Navaratri and National Ayurveda Day, I feel truly blessed as an Ayurvedic physician💖
Three months ago, a 35-year-old woman came to me in deep distress. After four years of marriage , she was unable to conceive. Filled with hopelessness, fear, and tears in her eyes, she had been advised by her gynecologist that IVF was the only option left. With no faith in medicines anymore, she turned to Ayurveda.
During consultation, I realized that beyond her physical condition, her mind carried a heavy burden of childhood traumas, anxiety, and emotional pain. I began her healing with Smriti Meditation (Ayurvedic Psychotherapy), counseling, and internal medicines. After three sessions of Smrithi Meditation, her mindset transformed—she became calm, positive, and hopeful.
Gradually, proceeded with Virechana and Ayurvedic medicines. At the same time, I have always believed—an insight passed on to me by my Gurus—that along with medicines and therapies, Daivavyapashraya Chikitsa also plays an important role in the journey of healing. Respecting her faith, I gently guided her to follow certain spiritual practices, which she embraced wholeheartedly with trust and devotion.
She followed every instruction with trust and dedication. Two months later, her follicular study showed encouraging results. When she occasionally felt low, I supported her through counseling and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
And today, with tears of joy, she came to me holding a positive pregnancy test.💕
This moment is not just her victory but a reminder of the grace of Ayurveda, the blessings of my Gurus, and the supreme Divine guiding this timeless science. 🙏
With love 💞
